When placing and order with Evie & Me Haircare you agree to our following terms & conditions:

 

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS:

If upon delivery of your order there are any issues eg: faulty, missing or wrong products you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us via email: hello@evieandmehair.com and try to include photos of the issue.

Please do not return anything without getting in contact with us first.

Any product that is faulty, missing or wrong on delivery will be replaced.
If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you a refund or a suitable substitute.

Reporting a faulty, damaged or missing products from your order MUST be reported within 5 days of your delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

 

ALLERGIC REACTIONS:

We cannot guarantee that you will not have an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients in our products.

If you are unsure about any ingredients we recommend you contact your doctor.

We do not exchange or refund in the event of allergic reactions to our products.
